So the treatments are not completely great but require a combined effort with sleep hygeine, light therapy (Light box affiliate link https://amzn.to/4rZPcSO )*, turning lamps down an hour or two before bed (and ignoring the voice screaming but you didn't finish everything!), and melatonin (if it helps you and your doctor agrees it is safe for you).


DSPD seems like an extreme version of FOMO* sometimes. It is hard to put down things when you are deeply engaged or when you still have items on your to-do list.


Many suffer from other sleep related conditions including insomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and restless leg syndrome. More on those to come.
