I am relatively new to Oregon, but one of the services I like to provide to my clients is resources. As I read the books, if I recommend them they will be here. I will also add local resources as I find them. Websites, Podcasts, YouTube videos, etc. .will be added as I find time. Here are my go-to book recommendations, to get started: Links below are to amazon, but you can get many for free through the library Full disclosure, if you use my links I do make a small amount. I'd much rather you read them for free through the library if that is what you need to do, however.

Attachment Parenting:

Positive Discipline

Dr. Sears Baby Book

Parenting a teen

ADHD books

ADHD 2.0 - written by two psychiatrists who themselves have ADHD, my favorite book:

How to ADHD (written by a youtuber with a channel of the same name, living in the Pacific NW)

365 Executive Function Hacks for Adult ADHD
