This list is all about recommended techniques and videos to help you achieve your goals.


Brain Dance: This evidence-based technique was actually developed by one of my children's dance teacher. Anne Green-Gilbert is fantastic and this technique will help you:

  • balance your right and left hemisphere and sync your brain

  • wake up (really! I used to lead this in the am with work colleagues and it worked better than coffee on me)

  • enhance your concentration and focus
