Y'all know I always advocate for these methods, as they can be free, immediate, healthy, and easy to use for everyone. I'm talking about exercise and balance, of course, though there are those who advocate for diet and/or supplements as well. I'm not covering those in this post though. Exercise can help tremendously with focus for people of any age with ADHD. Thirty minutes on a treadmill or bike or elliptical, or jogging, martial arts, snowboarding/skiing, etc. can last for
