From a facebook post: A prescriber looked in her own medicaqtion as pills seemed a bit "light" and then asked clients to look--apparently due to the shortage someone hawsn't been filling them properly. FDA has been notified. Not sure if it's a pharmacist (on the east coast) or at the source but it's a big problem.
